The Illusion of Immortality

Oblivion is the result of time. By taking photographs, people remove themselves from the fear of dying and being forgotten.

So many images have been destroyed throughout times and fewer remain with us, but all they remind us of, is that same ‘ Oblivion’.

Today, we stand opposite the past. Are we the inheritors of others’ eternity who wished to flaunt their love, their power, their beauty and their immortality? Undoubtedly, the illusion of immortality will always be repeated.

And we,

Shall be forgotten faster than our predecessors.
