Understanding of things and the environment is a mental action or process of familiarity and perception that is obtained through thought, experience and senses. Distance or closeness to the subject and time are also effective in identifying the superficial or deep layers of things. Crossing the mountain slopes, where I live, is accompanied by an understanding of this space, which changes through the seasons throughout the year; and each time, the connection of light, movement and space, creates astonishing and enchanting images for me. In this series of photographs, the mountain sleeps like a living creature from ancient times with a thick coated shell and folded layers. Winter is here. She is rendered more beautiful with a thin layer of snow. Gently embraces me between her soft rolling curves; allowing me to know her.
